Bookings

A booking is established after confirmation by Taxicab Eindhoven. The confirmation states the agreed price, pickup time and destination.

Fares and payment

The price agreed upfront is binding, unless the ride changes at the customer's request. Payment can be made in cash, by card or online, or by invoice for business accounts.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to a reasonable period before the scheduled pickup time. For very short-notice cancellations or no-shows, charges may apply.

Liability

Taxicab Eindhoven makes every effort to transport you safely and on time. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure, such as extreme traffic or weather conditions.

Conduct and safety

In the interest of safety we may refuse transport in case of inappropriate behaviour. The driver follows applicable traffic and safety rules.
