How do I book a taxi with Taxicab Eindhoven?+
You can book easily via the online form on our site, via WhatsApp or by calling us. Share your pickup address, destination, date and time. You'll quickly receive a confirmation with the fixed price.
What are the fares and are they fixed?+
We work with fixed fares agreed upfront. For airport rides we use a fixed price per destination; for city rides a start fee plus a price per kilometre. So you always know what you'll pay — no surprises afterwards.
How can I pay?+
You can pay cash, by card or online with the driver. For business clients, invoicing afterwards is possible via a business account.
Do you also drive to Schiphol and foreign airports?+
Yes. We provide rides to Eindhoven Airport, Schiphol, Brussels, Düsseldorf and Weeze, as well as destinations well beyond the region. Always at a fixed price.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
No worries — we track your flight. If you land later or earlier, we adjust the pickup time automatically. Your driver will be ready for you with no extra charge for normal waiting time.
How many passengers can you take?+
Our vehicles seat 1 to 8 passengers. Travelling with a larger group or lots of luggage? Let us know when booking and we'll arrange suitable transport.
Can I reserve in advance for a fixed date and time?+
Absolutely. You can plan your ride days or weeks ahead. For early flights or important appointments we recommend booking in advance to secure a driver.
Do you offer a child seat?+
On request we provide a child seat or booster. Mention it when booking and we'll have it ready.
Do you have business accounts?+
Yes. Companies can create a business account with monthly invoicing and priority. Contact us for the options and a tailored fare.
Are you available 24/7?+
Yes, we drive day and night, all year round. You can count on us for rides in the middle of the night or on public holidays too.
